More About Me
Self descriptions are not my prefer way.
Relationships are maintained based on how others see us, and not on how cool we think we are.
I can tell you that I like myself, and I like company for social/outdoor activities such as dinning, movies, coffee, local travel, etc.
I am not religious, but respectful of all; non-political, yet have my preference. I like to watch boxing. I enjoy healthy to semi-helalthy eating and to exercise in moderation.
Basically, follow the middle way!
More About My Match
If I feel hesitant to describe myself, just imagine how much more hesitant would I feel to create labels for you to fit into. No one is like me or like you, nor are we so different as to have nothing in common. The questions are ...to what degree are we alike and different? how much does one values likeness and differences? How willing are we to flex, compromise, and get along? On that last point, it is always different from person to person, and it seems to depend on the overall relationship.
As you know, some times one is willing to do something for someone and not for others---this is all relationship and feeling based.
So, there is not telling if a person who never enjoyed a particular type of food, music, or activity would learn to love it just because it is important to his/her partner.
Sure there are fix preferential items one would desire such as smoking or not, education or not, etc. But many such items are behavioural and not personality driven. The person's philosophy regarding changes and self improvements is, in my opinion, a main item. Does one believe that people/adults don't change or that people have always the capacity for change? I believe the later (people always have the capacity for change) and that one is in-fact changing gradually throughout our lives. I think that even personality flaws are subject to shaping. This is to me a critical benefit of being at the top the world's species...Humans!
