Development started on my new company system...
We have been at it seriously since Friday last week.
I got the prototype of the first part of the first sub-system today, and I was ecstatic, with minor changes...
a Team is what life is all about...
We think we can do it all, and prove to ourselves time and again that you just can't.
I had all the specs ready, but I needed to bounce if off some walls first...
My younger son has the hee-bee jeebies every time I do it with him...and generally locks all his doors, putting on his music on extra loud...while my older son says "sort put your own life", and walks out...?
I love business and computers...obviously my kids and animals first...!!!

My one developer, was doing Graphic Design, instead of systems design and development...very pretty pics...of no use...his excuse:-
He must 1st do the pics, then the screens, then the database...if that is not arse about face...That is what he learned at Varsity...not exactly efficient...he needs another school...with actual business models...?Thu Jan 26, 2023 1:58 PM CST

Creativity and brains...what more do you want...doing programming as a hobby...self taught...initiative...

- We are busy with the original designs, then it is full steam ahead with the sub-systems. It is going well...
As long as the employees bring their side of the equation...there will be no problems...except the odd hiccup...to be expected...
