Kaybee50: No, I am not a Buddhist. Why does that matter if I am or am not? I too had cancer. I'm expecting it to return soon, as the signs are there now.
I have learned, and continue to learn, through life's lessons and experiences what does and does not matter.
What I can and cannot control.
Cancer has taught me how short and precious life is and to embrace the positive and let go of the stuff that simply does not matter.
Trying to control others' thoughts, actions, words, feelings, etc. is something beyond our control, so let it go and peace of mind floods in.
Ok, jokes aside. I really could not care less who says what about me in real life. Note cs is not real life, as some are using me as an example.
