Some of you may remember the guy who propped his feet up on Nancy Pelosi's desk on the January 6th insurrection. He had his day in court yesterday and was found guilty on all eight counts in his indictment, including felony charges of civil disorder and obstruction of an official proceeding.
The jury deliberated for approximately two hours before unanimously convicting Richard “Bigo” Barnett of the charges.
Sentencing for Barnett is scheduled on May 3rd.
Outside the courthouse after the verdict, Barnett vowed to appeal his conviction, calling it an "injustice.” He noted that the judge had rejected his request to move his trial from Washington to Arkansas.
“This is not a jury of my peers,” he told reporters.
Yes Richard... it wasn't
your peers because they were all arrested too!

Jan 24Chat, I'd like to know what's the difference between these rightwingers and the antfa
scumbags who never get punished. Why are these who didn't fire a shot but sat down at desks for a photoshpot deserve years locked away but your left wing boot guys with a scarf over their faces go free.
Just tell my why?
And follow up question: do you not see the political game behind this?

Google it:
"It is illegal to carry a firearm into any federally owned building or courthouse. This includes the Post Office, Social Security Office, VA hospitals and clinics, Park and Forest Service offices, and various other small government offices."
Grandsiozzie, I'll be honest with you on this as you always play the part of ignorance. Stop making a fool of yourself trying to side step the seriousness of this issue.
Richard claimed to have been looking for the toilet when he mistakenly wandered into Pelosi's office. He played it up for news photographers, little knowing his shenanigan 'pose' would go viral.
Prosecutors said Barnett had a stun gun (with spikes concealed within a collapsible walking stick) tucked into his pants when he stormed the Capitol and invaded Pelosi’s office. He took a piece of her mail and left behind a note that said, “Nancy, Bigo was here, b*tch”.
Before leaving Capitol grounds, Barnett used a bullhorn to give a speech to the crowd, shouting, “We took back our house, and I took Nancy Pelosi’s office!” according to prosecutors.

"the seriousness of this issue"
Jan 24I should write a whole blog about what really is
the seriousness of this whole situation:
the red flag operation it was-
in order to pretend there is a dangerous right wing movement
in America (there is none) but you see, I've done that before.
Chatillion: this was all staged by you're heroes in dnc.
And none of the protesters should be charged with nothing.
THAT..... is the truth.
Grandsiozzie
False flag I meant. But call it red.

The DNC couldn't muster up 100 people let alone the 10,000 who showed up at the insurrection.
Jan 24It wasn't a false flag operation. Why would the Democrats want to stop the certification of Biden? You speak of no logic.
Seriously... I'm going to round-up a few thousand troops and make believe they are Trump supporters so I can have them block the certification of Biden.
Get my point?
I'm sorry you have a different opinion.

but his weapon you mentioned , stun gun, wow our democracy hung in the balance that day
