Fatality rate: Conditional probability of death given diagnosed infection

Menu
The published fatality rates all seem to be based on 'undiagnosed + diagnosed cases. Published rates like 3.4% are seen. The conditional probability given you are infected, however is glaringly obvious:

Currently Infected .......... 751,638
Cases with Outcome ........... 266,469
Recovered/Discharged ........... 213,218
Total Cases ................ 1,018,107
Deaths ............ 53,251
Serious or Critical ........... 37,687

the conditional probability lies between:
deaths/total cases = 5.2%
death/outcomes = 20.0%
taking (deaths + 0.5criticals)/total cases = 7.1%
taking (deaths + criticals)/total cases =8.9%

by my reasoning the likely fatality rate given confirmed infection is between 7.1% and 8.9%
